Being Tea snobs, we have two different temperatures to really maximize the aromatic wonderfulness (yes - we made that word up!). Here is our current list of teas. Check back often as we will experiment and explore different teas depending on the season. Hope you enjoy!
GREEN TEAS
Citron Green (Japanese) - We have taken Sencha and flavored it with Meyer lemon flavor and garnished it with freshly dried lemon peels. It brews up a very greenish liquid with a strong aroma of fresh lemons.
Organic Moroccan Mint - Beginning with a Chinese gunpowder green tea, we add organic peppermint from Washington State, known for its high menthol content. It brews up an amber colored cup with deep floral notes and has a sweet finish. A very unique flavor.
China Finest Dragon Phoenix Pearls - This is tea art in the true sense! Created from young buds of Jasmine Blossoms and the springs buds of green tea, rolled together to capture the flavor and fragrance.
FRUIT TISANE (Caffeine Free)
Organic Crimson Berry Fruit Tisane - A caffeine free fruity blend of elderberries, cranberries, hibiscus, rooibos, rosehips, and natural flavoring. It has the aroma of fresh cherries, and raspberries brewing up a lovely reddish tone.
Organic Passion Berry Fruit Tisane - This fruity caffeine free blend is a combination of fresh peaches, apricots, apples, hibiscus, and natural flavors. It brews up pinkish red beverage with the aroma of passionfruit and raspberry.
HERBAL (Caffeine Free)
Organic Citrus Chamomile - Egyptian chamomile flowers, Sudanese hibiscus, citrus peels, and natural flavors. Brews up yellowish beverage, caffeine free, freshly cut apples with combination of vanilla.
EARL GREY
Organic Lavender Earl Grey - This tea is a blend of French Lavender flowers, Organic Assam tea that is garnished with Italian Bergamot.
Organic Royal Earl Grey - A creation for the Earl Grey lover. This tea is a blend of a Darjeeling, Assam, and a China tea that is garnished with Italian Bergamot to produce this exquisite Earl Grey.
WHITE
Organic White Pomegranate - China Bai Mu Dan, scented with fresh pomegranate, harvested in its prime, this tea is sweet and tart, with the honeysuckle note from the Bai Mu Dan being quite pronounced in this delicious tea.
Organic White Tangerine - Organic China Bai Mu Dan (white tea) garnished with orange peel and essence of tangerine
BLACK
Organic Darjeeling Seeyok - Seeyok is one of the premier organic Darjeeling offerings we have tasted this season. Its elegant body gives way to a generous presence of muscatel and fruit in the cup. Our classic cup of Darjeeling.
Organic Royal Breakfast – Organic Black teas from India, China and Sri Lanka create this unique malty breakfast tea.
Organic Mango Tropical Tea - A tropical delight, this tea is a blend of Indian black tea flavored with mango essence and garnished with Egyptian calendula petals.
Organic Masala Chai - A classic north Indian beverage re-created by our master blender, the Masala Chai is a rich blend of malty Indian Assam with cinnamon, ginger, fancy green cardamom and natural flavors. The sweet notes of the cinnamon, the floral range of the cardamom, the spice of the ginger combined with the malt of Assam tea.
ROOIBOS (Naturally Decaffeinated)
Organic Rooibos Bourbon - We’ve blended red rooibos with caramel and Madagascan vanilla to create this delicious non-caffeinated beverage. It has the aroma of fresh dates.
Winter Wonderland Rooibos Blend – Organic Rooibos blended with Northwestern Mint.
OOLONG
Taiwn Jinxuan Milk Oolong – This winter flush oolong is a rare sensory experience. Milky, creamy French butter is the dominant flavor which is embraced by a velvety rich body.
DECAF
Organic Decaf English Breakfast – Super critical Co2 gas is used to decaffeinate our English Breakfast. Brews up a copper colored cup, with the maltiness of the Assam tea that is used to keep the flavor abundant.
